What you will be doing as a Salesforce AdministratorAs a Salesforce Administrator you manage Salesforce environments. You implement Microsoft solutions, integrate Salesforce with Exact Globe, process cases and set up community portals for customers. In addition, you help to optimize business processes by answering customer support questions. For example, you explain how they can implement the CIM framework with other software packages. You leave development to the Developers, with whom you often work. Because you work together with the Salesforce Developers on large and small projects, this position is full of variety!

Furthermore you have: - At least two years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator and experience working in the Cloud
