What you will be doing as a Salesforce Administrator
As a Salesforce Administrator you manage Salesforce environments. You implement Microsoft solutions, integrate Salesforce with Exact Globe, process cases and set up community portals for customers. In addition, you help to optimize business processes by answering customer support questions. For example, you explain how they can implement the CIM framework with other software packages. You leave development to the Developers, with whom you often work. Because you work together with the Salesforce Developers on large and small projects, this position is full of variety!What skills will you bring to the job?
As a Salesforce Administrator you think in solutions and you can work independently to help our customers. You possess the flexibility to combine large and small projects, and enjoy the variety in activities that make this work challenging. In addition, you are proactive and curious: you want to learn more and grow professionally and are therefore always aware of new developments in this field. Furthermore you have: - At least two years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator and experience working in the Cloud- At least an administrator certificate
