Link Salesforce to your website

Websites play an important role in providing services or products. From contact request to ordering products, a website is generally the first place where a customer provides data. A customer enters data on a web form and this data is then further processed in various business processes. Not infrequently, information entered on a web form is sent by e-mail to the department, which then has to process this information manually. This can be done more efficiently.

By making a link between Salesforce and the content management system of the website the information flow can be optimized and manual input is limited. This offers many possibilities for improving the customer experience through marketing automation and fast order processing. Moreover, the information flow can go two ways. The product catalog can be managed in Salesforce and product information, such as availability and other variable data, can be automatically displayed on the website.

Do you use Salesforce and do you have a website? We are happy to advise you on the benefits that linking both can bring.

Example:

One of our customers is a leading training institute. It is important that information about the availability of programs on the website is always current. For this customer we have created a link between Salesforce and the content management system Sitecore in collaboration with the web builder. This link allows the customer to handle the entire enrollment process in Salesforce. When a customer completes the registration form on the website, the information is stored directly in Salesforce, allowing the registration to be processed quickly. The number of participants of the training in question is immediately updated and the availability on the website is automatically adjusted.
